The
DSR-200 is a professional digital camcorder featuring the superior
picture and sound quality of the DVCAM» format integrated
into a compact, lightweight body. It allows recording up to
184 minutes with the PDV-184 ME, and it also can play back standard
size consumer DV cassettes. The optical Steady Shot¬ function
can be used to compensate for camcorder or operator movement.
The DSR-200 also has Time Code capability required for professional
accurate editing, and a DV interface based on the IEEE 1394
standard for digital signal transmission.
